By using PublishFit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We'll post any changes to this page with an updated date.

PublishFit provides free, browser-based tools for resizing, compressing, and converting images. All processing happens locally in your browser — we do not receive, store, or have access to the images you process.

You agree not to use PublishFit to process images you don't have the legal right to use, or in any way that violates applicable law. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or abuse the service in a way that harms its availability for other users.

PublishFit does not require an account to use its tools. Any preferences you save (such as presets) are stored locally in your browser and are never transmitted to us. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

PublishFit is provided free of charge, "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PublishFit and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

The PublishFit name, logo, and site content are owned by PublishFit. Images you process remain entirely your own property at all times — we never touch, store, or claim any right to them.

We may add, change, or discontinue any part of PublishFit at any time. We'll make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
